Whilst he acts primarily on behalf of claimants, he has also acted on behalf of insurer clients. He is a member of the Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS).

Stephen has considerable experience in dealing with serious and catastrophic personal injury claims, including those where the claimant has sustained permanent disability leading to an inability to return to work and suffered extensive financial loss.

Stephen also acts for a variety of commercial clients, from sole traders to SMEs and large multinational companies. He advises both Plaintiffs and Defendants in relation to claims arising from building disputes, breach of contract, negligence issues, and debt matters, and pursues these through both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.

Stephen takes pride in rigorously defending his clients’ interests and in providing timely, pragmatic advice, tailored to the needs of his clients.
