YOU MUST MAKE A WILL

You must make a new Will if you have recently either married or divorced. Marriage or divorce invalidates any existing will.

If you have a partner, to whom you are not married, would you want them to benefit in some way from your estate if you die? If so, you must make a will. If you do not, they are unlikely to benefit from your estate.
